Shipping

What are your delivery times?

All of our packages are sent via NZ Post's courier service. We process our orders twice daily (8am - 2pm) during Monday-Friday.

Once an order is ready to be sent, we send you an email with your tracking information. In most cases, you will receive your item after 1 working day unless there are shipping delays outside of our control. If we become aware of any shipping issues through NZ Post we can inform you (the purchaser) immediately.

If you have not received your package after 1 day, please contact NZ Post and use your tracking number or through https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Currently we ship to New Zealand, Australia & the United States of America.

Please get in touch Immediately as we process orders daily and may not be able to cancel shipping before incurring a cost to you.

How do I return my product?

To return your product, please email us at littleshopoftaonga@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
